Recruitment privacy notice
What we collect when you apply, why, who sees it and how long we keep it. In plain language.
Who we are
Valuehub is a Salesforce and cloud consulting company headquartered in Singapore, with teams in India (Valuehub India Pvt. Ltd.) and the Philippines. This site, careers.valuehubit.com, is where we take applications for our open positions.
What we collect
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number, country and city, current title and company, years of experience, notice period, LinkedIn and portfolio links, skills and the short summary you write.
- Your CV as you upload it (PDF).
- Your answers to the questions of each role and your cover note.
- Technical details of the application: the time, the address of your connection and the browser used, kept to protect the site against abuse.
We do not ask for identity numbers, bank details, a photo or your date of birth at this stage.
Why
For recruitment at Valuehub only: to review your application, contact you, arrange interviews and make a decision. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it and we do not share it with other companies.
Who sees it
The HR team at Valuehub and the people who interview you for the role you applied to. Interviewers see your profile, CV and answers for their round; they do not see the other candidates' feedback before they give their own. Your data is stored with our cloud provider (Cloudflare) in encrypted form and reached only through our internal systems.
How long
We keep your profile and applications while an application is open and for 12 months after it closes, so we can consider you for other roles and answer any question about the process. After that it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time by writing to hq@valuehubit.com.
Your choices
- Withdraw any application at any time from My applications. We stop considering you for that role right away.
- Correct your profile yourself, whenever you like.
- Sign out everywhere with one click on the same page: every signed-in device is signed out.
- Ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion: hq@valuehubit.com. We answer within 30 days.
How sign-in works
There is no password to remember or to leak: we email you a 6-digit code that works for 10 minutes. Signing in sets one cookie on this site so we know it is you; it holds no personal data and expires after 30 days.
